BEFORE YOU START.

Will coaches think I copy-pasted a mass email?+
No — that's the whole point of the platform. Templates use {{lastName}} and {{schoolName}} placeholders that auto-fill per coach. Each coach gets an email with their actual name, school, and (if you write it that way) something specific. They look hand-typed because they basically are — you just don't write them 50 times.
Do coaches actually reply to these emails?+
Yes. We're so confident we back it with the First Reply Guarantee — if you upload your profile, send your sequences, and don't hear back from a single college coach in 30 days, your next month is on us. (See guarantee section above.)
What if my trial ends before coaches reply?+
Your trial is 14 days — long enough for your full 3-email sequence (Day 0/4/8) to send and for replies to start landing. After the trial, you can upgrade to keep your inbox active and your sequences running, or your account goes read-only — your data stays put if you come back.
What if Gmail flags my emails as spam?+
Sends go through YOUR Gmail account (real OAuth — not a marketing tool relay), so they hit coach inboxes the same as any email you'd send manually. Sequences send 4 days apart, not 4 seconds. Day 1 of a 50-coach campaign = 50 emails over a normal day from your account. Well under any spam flag.
Does this work for non-D1 athletes?+
Yes — we cover D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO. Most realistic college paths run through D2/D3/NAIA. JUCO is huge for athletes wanting a 2-year path to D1. The database has 1,673 non-D1 contacts and growing.
Can my parents see what I'm doing?+
Yes — every account includes the parent view. You generate a private link, send it to your parents, and they see your stats, coaches contacted, replies received, and active conversations. Updates in real time. They DON'T see every email — privacy preserved for you, transparency for them.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your queued sequences continue sending until the period ends. After cancellation, your account goes read-only — your data and saved coaches stay. Resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.
Is this real or beta?+
Both. The product is fully built — real coach database, real Gmail integration, real sequence engine, live since 2025. Right now we're in invite-only beta, hand-onboarding our first 100 athletes before we open publicly. Every beta athlete gets a personal onboarding call from Coach X.
